Material & Barrier Performance
The four-layer composite structure combines BOPET for excellent printability, AL foil for superior oxygen & moisture barrier, another BOPET layer to protect aluminum layer from damage, and PE90 ultra-low temperature heat sealant with customized easy tear property. The aluminum foil layer effectively blocks light, oxygen and moisture, protecting active ingredients inside hair mask from oxidation and deterioration. The inner PE layer maintains stable easy-tear performance under low-temperature environment, avoiding broken messy edges when opening.
