VOCs
RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer), a high-temperature regenerative oxidation technology, converts waste gas into carbon dioxide and water to achieve clean emissions. At the same time, the waste heat is recycled for low-carbon and environmental protection.

LEL Control
The LEL automatic control system can save about 20% of energy consumption on average, achieving energy conservation, consumption reduction, green and low-carbon. At the same time, it optimizes workshop ventilation, improves the working environment, and conducts real-time data monitoring.

RTO
Organic waste gas passes through the RTO (regenerative thermal oxidation) device, so that the VOC in the waste gas is oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water. The total treatment air volume of RTO is 60,000 cubic meters per hour. The treatment efficiency is >99%. The emission meets national and regional standards.

SHR
Steam Heat Recovery-When waste gas concentration meets RTO's self-operation needs, surplus heat can be recycled via steam waste heat boiler for heating production equipment, reducing energy consumption. Up to 2 tons of steam/hour, equivalent to saving about 1,000 tons of coal/year. The factory moves towards energy-saving, green circular economy from clean production.
