For roll film supply, we provide heat seal curve data (temperature vs. seal strength) by lot, so your line operators can tune parameters without trial waste. Target range: peel force 8–15N/15mm at top seal; permanent seals ≥25N/15mm on sides and bottom.
Printability: With XOPP as the surface layer, it allows for clear and attractive printing to enhance brand visibility.
Cost-effectiveness: Available as roll film as a finished product, it is economical and budget-friendly.
Machine Compatibility: Our drip coffee pouch compatible with most filling/packaging machines.
Roll film suits high-volume automated lines - we supply on standard 3-inch or 6-inch cores, with roll width and film thickness specified to your machine. Pre-made bags suit manual or tabletop filling setups, with each bag pre-creased at the ear fold lines for consistent wing deployment.
