Our Secia aluminum foil bag-in-box (BIB) is a flexible liquid packaging solution composed of multi-layer metallic composite film and a detachable butterfly tap spout. Different from ordinary plastic liquid bags, the full aluminum laminated structure achieves ultra-high oxygen & light barrier performance. It is widely matched with outer cartons to form complete bag-in-box packaging, suitable for edible liquids like fruit juice, wine, syrup, as well as cosmetic raw materials, detergent stock solution, industrial liquid additives. We support customized capacities from small portable 1L to bulk 220L industrial large-volume bags, all materials comply with food contact and cosmetic packaging safety standards.

Application Scenarios
Manufacturing
The Bag-in-box packaging for wine is manufactured by first producing the flexible inner bag from a roll of composite film. The inner bag is then inserted into the pre-formed rigid outer box. After sealing the seams of the inner bag and attaching the spout or tap, the bag is filled with wine using a specialized filling system. The final assembly and quality checks, including leak tests and inspection of the packaging integrity, are completed before the product is ready for distribution.
