Manufacturing
The Edible oil packaging bag is entirely produced from a roll of laminated plastic film and filled with edible oil using dedicated filling equipment. After the side and bottom seams are sealed, the bag is filled with the appropriate quantity of oil. The final sealing of the top, either through heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing, is accomplished as part of the packaging process. Rigorous quality control procedures, including leak tests and checks for proper sealing integrity, are carried out prior to packaging and distribution.
