Secia's recyclable packaging is made of mono PP and mono PE. The recyclable plastic pouches or rollstock are formed by laminating 2 - 3 mono material layers to create a recyclable structure. Additionally, the 90% recyclable paper has a single layer structure and can be heat sealed.

Common plastic flexible packaging materials like polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) have relatively complete recycling systems established in some regions. They can be reprocessed into new plastic products through mechanical recycling methods. However, for multilayer composite flexible packaging materials (composed of multiple different materials laminated together), recycling depends on whether special separation techniques can be used to effectively separate different materials for separate recycling. Otherwise, separation difficulties may lead to recycling challenges.

In response to the call for green environmental protection, Secia is committed to energy conservation and emission reduction. The factory building is equipped with RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) equipment and VOCs control systems. It can handle 1.6 million m³ of waste gas per day. The RTO regenerative thermal oxidation device can recover waste heat and generate steam, which is used for office work, production, and daily life in the industrial park.
