Material Structure Analysis

The pouch adopts three-layer professional composite structure with precise thickness matching, each layer undertakes independent functional responsibilities, realizing perfect balance of printing appearance, barrier performance and sealing stability.

BOPET 12μm Outer Layer

High-strength polyester film with excellent stiffness, flatness and printing adaptability. It effectively resists external scratch and abrasion, restores high-definition printing patterns, and keeps the pouch surface smooth and beautiful for a long time.

AL 7μm Aluminum Foil Middle Layer

The core barrier layer of the pouch. It achieves 100% light shielding, ultra-low oxygen and water vapor transmission, completely isolating air, moisture and ultraviolet rays. It can effectively prevent content oxidation, mildew and deterioration, greatly extending the shelf life of products.

PE 90μm Inner Sealing Layer

Food-grade heat-sealing polypropylene material, with excellent heat-sealing performance, oil resistance and toughness. It has strong adhesion after hot pressing, uniform sealing edge, no crack or leakage, and is suitable for packaging of oily, powdery and dry food.
