This 1.5kg flat-bottom pet food pouch adopts four-layer composite structure MBOPET12/MAL7/MBOPA15/MIPE100, featuring matte anti-fingerprint outer surface and full vertical barrier protection. The flat-bottom stand-up design delivers neat shelf display effect, and we support customized printing, zipper and surface finishing to build premium brand packaging for pet food. Suitable for packing dry pet food, freeze-dried meat, pet snacks, cat litter and other pet products.

1. Outer Matte MBOPET Layer (12μm)

Matte modified biaxial oriented polyester film with outstanding printing performance to restore delicate brand logos, patterns and texts precisely. High rigidity and abrasion resistance prevent scratch damage during stacking and transportation. The fingerprint-proof matte surface brings premium low-gloss texture, and stable heat resistance enables smooth high-speed printing and lamination processes.

2. Middle MAL Metallized Aluminum Barrier Layer (7μm)

Vacuum metallized aluminum film with dense metal coating offers outstanding oxygen, moisture and light shielding performance. It fully blocks water vapor, oxygen and ultraviolet rays, slows fat oxidation of pet food, extends shelf life and avoids cross-odor transfer inside and outside the pouch.

3. Reinforced MBOPA Nylon Layer (15μm)

Modified biaxial oriented nylon reinforcement layer with extraordinary puncture resistance, tear resistance and wide temperature adaptability ranging from -60℃ to 140℃. It effectively withstands sharp extrusion from granular kibble and rigid freeze-dried raw meat during logistics to avoid bag rupture. Excellent oil resistance makes it perfect for high-fat meat-based pet food packaging.

4. Inner MIPE Heat-Sealing Layer (100μm)

Food-grade modified polyethylene heat-seal layer with a wide and stable heat-sealing window. It generates firm, uniform sealing edges that resist cracking and powder leakage. High flexibility ensures perfect compatibility with automatic vertical filling packaging machines, and direct contact with pet food is fully safe and compliant.
