Q: Will the pouch rupture and leak liquid when pulling the tab?
A:The middle BOPA nylon layer reinforces pouch toughness. Pull-tab area is tested for pulling force. Normal pulling only breaks the middle partition without tearing the whole pouch.
Q: How is the sealing performance? Will liquid leak into dry chamber during long storage?
A: The middle partition adopts special easy-break seal. It maintains strong sealing under normal storage without liquid penetration, and only opens when pulling the tab.
Q: Can the pull-tab position be customized?
A:Pull-tab position customization is available. We can adjust it according to your printing layout and brand design.
Q: Can I customize sizes and printing?
A: Yes. All dimensions, surface finish (matte /glossy), gravure printing, brand colors and tear notch are customizable. Send us your required size or artwork for quotation.
Q:Can this pouch be produced with matte finish?
