Material Performance

The outer XOPP is matte oriented PP with good stiffness and excellent ink adhesion, ensuring sharp QR codes, logos and texts without fading.

Inner LCPP cast PP delivers reliable heat sealing, flat leak-proof seal edge and oil resistance against sunscreen lotion. It keeps samples stable during storage and transit with good moisture resistance.

Structure Design

Standard flat three-side sealed construction with uniform and strong seal edges for space-saving storage.

Reserved area for QR code to support traceability, product link and brand drainage.

Optional tear notch for easy opening, matching the using habit of skincare samples.
