Four-layer BOPET/AL/BOPET/IPE Composite Barrier Structure
The 4-layer laminated construction delivers outstanding comprehensive barrier performance. Outer BOPET provides excellent surface stiffness and printing adaptability. AL foil effectively blocks oxygen, moisture and ultraviolet light, suppressing oxidation and volatilization of mask serum. The middle BOPET layer protects aluminium foil against pinholes and cracking during converting and transit. The innermost IPE layer offers stable heat-sealing performance and good compatibility with cosmetic essence. It long-preserves the activity of mask serum and reduces the risk of product deterioration throughout shelf life.
Stable Three-side Sealed Construction
Precision three-side sealing process ensures uniform and consistent seal strength across the full edge. The sealed perimeter resists liquid permeation under stacking, extrusion and temperature fluctuation during warehousing and long-distance transportation, minimizing essence leakage risk. Flat and neat seal edge also improves the overall appearance of finished pouches.
Optional Pre-cut Tear Notch
Custom pre-cut tear notch can be added upon request. It enables clean, straight tearing without the need for scissors.
