A:The divider uses independent heat sealing with stable strength. No cross-leakage under normal storage, great for essence sheet packaging.
Q: Can the pouch be produced with matte surface?
A: Matte and glossy finishes are both available. Hot stamping and UV special processes can be added.
Q: Can I adjust the size ratio of the two chambers?
A:Dual-chamber ratio customization supported. We can redesign compartment space according to mask and patch dimensions.
Q: Can we print customer brand LOGO and ingredient description on the pouch?
A: Yes, full-surface printing is available. Brand logo, product descriptions, usage steps, ingredient lists and other graphics & texts can be printed with high color reproduction.
Q: Can this pouch be stored under refrigeration at low temperature?
A: The 4-layer aluminum foil composite structure is low-temperature resistant and supports conventional refrigerated storage. Its sealing edges are not easy to crack under low temperature, suitable for essence sheet products requiring refrigeration.
