Material Layer Analysis
✅ Outer Layer XOPP18 (Matte Oriented PP) Soft matte texture, premium fingerprint-resistant surface. Corona treated for strong ink adhesion, stable color rendering for logo and texts.
✅ Middle Layer BOPET12 (Biaxially Oriented PET) High tensile strength and puncture resistance, improves pouch stiffness and reduces breakage risk. Secondary corona treatment strengthens lamination bonding to prevent delamination.
✅ Barrier Layer AL7 (Aluminum Foil) Core light & high barrier layer, blocks light, oxygen and moisture. Protects active ingredients, essential oils and vitamins in cream from oxidation, discoloration and deterioration, extends shelf life.
✅ Sealing Inner Layer PE80 (Polyethylene) Excellent heat-sealing layer for cream filling. Wide sealing window ensures smooth seal edge on high-speed lines. Oil-resistant against cream formula, prevents penetration and back-sticking.
Double Corona Treatment Advantage
Double corona means two film surfaces are activated separately. Compared with single corona treatment, it raises dyne level of outer XOPP to lock ink firmly for fine gradient printing and hot stamping.
It also improves interface activity between laminated films for higher peel strength. No delamination or blistering under long storage and temperature cycling.
It greatly enhances packaging stability for cross-border shipping and long-term inventory, avoiding after-sale issues like peeling and ink falling off.

A:Double corona brings slight extra cost, while greatly reducing risks of delamination and ink peeling. It is highly recommended for long storage, sea shipment and large-area dark printing.
Q: Can this foil pouch hold retinol or VC photosensitive cream?
A: Yes. Aluminum foil provides full light barrier, which is ideal packaging to protect photosensitive actives.
Q: Can we print ingredient list on back and variable QR on front?
A:Double-sided printing is available. Variable QR on front, ingredient and warning text on back. Layout will avoid fold line to prevent scanning block.
Q: What storage requirement for foil sample pouches?
A: Store empty pouches in dry and dark environment, avoid long-time high temperature exposure. Filled cream samples should also stay away from heat to keep actives stable.
Q: Rollstock or pre-made pouch for cream filling?
A: Pre-made pouch for pouch sealing machine. Rollstock is better for form-fill-seal machine with better unit price.
