No degassing valve by default, suitable for products that do not require degassing such as ground coffee and cold brew coffee; for freshly roasted coffee beans, we can custom add a one-way degassing valve, which automatically releases carbon dioxide produced by coffee bean fermentation while isolating external oxygen, avoiding pouch expansion and coffee oxidation and deterioration, and meeting the packaging needs of different coffee categories.

Q: How to insert the card into the built-in card slot correctly?
A: It's very simple. First, open the card slot opening gently along the smooth arc edge (avoid using sharp tools to prevent scratching the slot). Then, align the card with the slot and insert it slowly. The hidden reinforced edge design of the slot can fix the card firmly, preventing it from falling off during transportation or use. If you need to replace the card, just gently push the card out from the opposite side of the opening.
Q: How to ensure the zipper is sealed tightly to preserve coffee freshness?
A: After opening the pouch and taking out the coffee, align the two sides of the zipper and press it firmly from one end to the other, ensuring there is no gap. The thickened food-grade zipper and hidden pull tab design can enhance the sealing performance. For better freshness preservation, you can press the zipper twice and store the pouch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Q: If we add a degassing valve, do we need to pay attention to any details during use?
A: Yes. When using the pouch with an embedded flush-mounted degassing valve, avoid pressing or rubbing the valve area hard to prevent damage to the valve and affect the degassing effect. Also, do not pierce the valve with sharp objects. The valve can automatically release carbon dioxide, so there is no need to open the pouch for exhaust, which can effectively preserve coffee aroma and freshness.
Q: Can the pouch be reused after opening?
A: Yes. The resealable zipper design allows the pouch to be reused multiple times. After each use, seal the zipper tightly and store it properly. The high-barrier material can still maintain good freshness preservation performance after repeated use, making it suitable for storing coffee, nuts and other dried goods for a long time.
Q: What if the card slot size we need is different from the standard one?
A: We support full customization of the card slot size. You only need to provide the specific length, width and thickness of the card you plan to insert, and our design team will adjust the card slot structure accordingly to ensure the card can be inserted and removed smoothly without falling off easily.
